Cat in the Hat Rocks Reading Rally!

February 11, 2019

Antheil ‘s  Kindergarten through 2nd grades had a surprise visitor during their February 1, 2019, Reading Rally. While they were talking about how much they loved to Read, Read, Read! The Cat in The Hat was so excited to see and hear how many Antheil students loved to read. The Cat in the Hat presented a book “ And to Think That I Saw It on Mulberry Street” which was the very first children’s book  by Dr. Seuss. All the students are celebrating their hours of independent reading at home.

ETEA’s own Patty  Yaple will be appearing with “The Cat in the Hat” for the MCEA   on March 2, 2019.  They will be celebrating  Dr. Suess’s Birthday and Read across America.  This event will be held at the Barnes & Noble Store on Rte. 130 in the Hamilton Market Place. All of the Ewing Community is invited.  There will be many fun things to do, including: a balloon lady, face painting, photo with the Cat in the Hat , stories and songs

And…it’s FREE.
